Android is Google’s mobile operating platform that is incredibly popular.

But between these huge overhauls, Google typically issues users with updates for both its operating systems and the apps that run on it.
The American tech giant is renowned for its Assistant that can be employed on Android devices.

At CES 2019, a technology show that takes place in Las Vegas every year, Google discussed the future of the Assistant and explained a number of improvements are coming for users.
One of the most high profile changes noted was the introduction of automatic punctuation.
This means when Android and iOS users dictate a message to the helper, they will no longer have to say words such as “comma”, “period” or “question mark”.
The new update for the Assistant means it will add such grammar without prompts.
On Android, Google’s helper currently works with SMS messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, Hangouts, Viber, Telegram, Android Messages and more.
Although the American tech giant has insisted the Assistant should be able to insert grammar automatically, the accuracy of such a feature is currently unknown.
Other applications that have attempted such a feature, such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking, have typically not managed to get such a feature right every single time for users.
Google has insisted the punctuation feature for the Assistant is rolling out right now.
