Mother of shark attack victim in Southern California speaks out

Ellie Hayes, the mother of 13-year-old Keane Webre-Hayes, who was attacked by a shark off the coast of Southern California, delivered an emotional message to the people who saved her son. “I think it is a miracle, and I think Keane is a miracle,” she said.
