Fortnite Battle Royale players are full of questions after the Fortnite cube mysteriously appeared on the map last week.
The Fortnite cube spawned in the spot that lightning which was being fired from the Rift was hitting in Paradise Palms.
When the Fortnite cube appeared it also signalled the closing up of the Rift that has been in the Battle Royale sky since the season 4 rocket launch.
And since then the Fortnite cube has been moving around the Battle Royale map, taking a step every one hour and 43 minutes.
At the time of writing the Fortnite cube is in square C7 on the Battle Royale map near Greasy Grove with fans left wondering where it is moving to.

It has been rumoured that the Fortnite cube is heading towards a lake where it will end up activating.
The obvious location that springs to mind is Loot Lake, and previous rumours have claimed a pyramid will emerge from this spot during Fortnite season 5.
Could the Fortnite cube and the emergence of the Loot Lake pyramid be linked together?
Either way, it looks like fans will be waiting awhile till they actually see the Fortnite cube turn on by this rumoured destination.
On Wednesday the Fortnite cube broke new ground and did something for the first time since appearing.
The Fortnite cube on that day after taking a step left a mysterious purple rune burned into the ground.
The Fortnite Battle Royale Leaks Twitter account said this will happen six more times before the Fortnite cube finally activates – possibly by a lake.
In a tweet posted on Wednesday they revealed: “The cube left a rune burned into the ground as it moved!
“According to this picture it’ll move 6 more times and leave 6 more runes burned in the ground before reaching a lake and then activating”.
So far the Fortnite cube has been moving like clockwork, with it taking a step every one hour and 43 minutes.
It took five days since the Fortnite cube first appeared for it to take a step and then leave behind its first rune.
If the Fortnite cube continues moving at the same speed, and leaving behind a rune at the same rate, then calculations may show when it will activate.
That hypothesis would show the Fortnite cube would take a step and leave behind its seventh and final rune on Friday September 28.
However, it remains to be seen if the Fortnite cube immediately ‘turns on’ after leaving behind that rune.
It could then possibly continue moving for another five days.
If that’s the case then the Fortnite cube may ‘turn on’ on Wednesday October 3.
This would be the day after the rumoured Fortnite season 6 release date, and would mark a big way to start the new Battle Pass season on a high.
As the Fortnite cube mystery rumbles on fans have come up with one theory about what it all means.
One fan theory has looked at the first rune left behind by the Fortnite cube and claimed the symbols can be arranged to show a map of Tilted Towers.
Fans have long theorised that Tilted Towers could get destroyed so it remains to be seen whether this time around it turns out to be true.
