New iPhone X release – This battery news could give you two big reason to upgrade

Despite huge improvements to battery technology, smartphones not lasting a day is something many owners still face on regular basis.

Luckily, it seems could be about to help extend battery life on its all-new iPhone X.

This device looks set to launch in the next few weeks and it could feature an improved A12 processor which will not only be much faster but also far more efficient.

In fact, according to a report by Cult of Mac, the new A12 brains will be up to 20 percent quicker and use 40 percent less power.

That could mean users get an extended battery life.

We’ll have to wait and see if Apple has really managed to add more power to the new phone’s battery but there could also be some good news if its power runs dry.

A recently leaked image claimed to show

Reports from blog , suggest that Apple will include a fast charger with its new iPhones which will boost the battery far more quickly than anything we’ve seen before.

In fact, it’s thought Apple could include an 18W charger with the 2018 phone which will offer much more power than the 5W that ships with its current lineup.

To make this even more appealing it’s also being suggested that the only way to get one of these superchargers is to buy a new phone.

Macotakara is reporting that Apple simply can’t make enough of these quick refillers to stock them in stores, leaving older iPhone owners to charge the standard way.

If this isn’t enough to convince you to upgrade then there’s plenty more expected to arrive on Apple’s new flagships.

Rumours suggest an improved camera, more storage and faster facial recognition are inbound.

Apple is also expected to reveal a trio of new devices at its keynote with a larger iPhone X Plus and cheaper all-screen smartphone joining the popular lineup.

So when will Apple reveal all?

There’s no official confirmation from the US technology firm but most experts believe mid-September.

Express.co.uk reported last week that .

The later date seems more likely and now that may have been confirmed via technology website, BGR.

In a recent post, the site says it has spoken to numerous Apple partners and third-party accessory makers who say they have secret products which have embargoes that lift on Wednesday, September 12.

If this is the date of the big reveal expect Apple to announce the event very soon
