Express.co.uk adored the Amazon Echo when we reviewed the redesigned version of the smart speaker last year.

We said: “In a nutshell, the new Echo is simply phenomenal.

“The almost-impulse buy price, design improvements and advances to Alexa means Amazon is steadily whittling away any excuses you might have not to own one of these brilliant smart speakers.”

Meanwhile, Amazon is also giving customers more reasons to pick up a Fire TV than ever.

Both its regular Fire TV Stick and Fire TV with 4K have been discounted as listed below:

FIRE TV – Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote £34.99 – SAVING £5.00 • Fire TV £54.99 – SAVING £15.00

Fire TV gives users access to a score of streaming platform including Amazon’s own Prime Video service.

To make a Prime membership even more tempting, the retailer has discounted its price during the bank holiday sale.

A year of Amazon Prime is just £59 for a year, down from its typical £79 annual fee.

The tech giant’s range of tablets are also on offer, meaning customers can save up to £30 on certain hardware.

Amazon offers a variety of capable devices with some specially designed for children.
