‘At the start of the year, I sustained a couple of injuries due to past issues resurfacing. So, we adapted our workouts accordingly,’ Aniston told the publication.

She consistently worked on strength training until she felt physically restored.

The Pvolve fitness method, for which Aniston has been an ambassador since 2023, offers her fitness routine for others to try.

Aniston has previously mentioned incorporating Pvolve into her routine five days per week.

She told Today.com that while five days a week is ideal, she aims for a minimum of three to four workout sessions.

Her workout plan includes high-intensity cardio, alongside 10 to 20-minute Pvolve classes.

Pvolve is described as a research-backed workout method combining gentle functional exercise with equipment-aided resistance training, according to Aniston.

The Emmy Award winner spoke to InStyle magazine about how she had previously strained her body over the past 15 years to achieve a Hollywood physique, acknowledging the toll it took.

This shift means she no longer engages in ‘overly repetitive’ exercises – such as extended sessions on a StairMaster. ‘When you’re in a mindset of, “I must do 45 minutes of cardio, or it’s not a good workout,” it feels overwhelming,’ she shared with the website. ‘I held that belief for so long. I ultimately experienced burnout and body strain.’

She sometimes pushed herself too hard in workouts, a point her therapist highlighted. ‘My physical therapist presented me with a Barbie doll covered in Kinesio tape,’ she recounted.

‘It’s a humorous image until you realize that the purpose of all the tape is ‘to illustrate every injury I’ve sustained in the last 15 years.’

Regarding her workout motivation, she admitted, ‘I much prefer exercising with friends.’

‘Working out alone can be uninspiring. Good music can make it more enjoyable, but I prefer guidance. It’s too easy for me to perform exercises incorrectly on my own.’

Diet and Nutrition Habits

She revealed to Today.com that she follows the 80/20 diet, where 80% of her diet consists of healthy, nutrient-dense foods, with 20% allocated to indulgent meals.

Last year, Aniston mentioned enjoying ‘cheat days’ and occasionally indulging in a dirty martini cocktail.
