Industry Expert Perspective

The new service will operate using Nexfibre’s established network infrastructure, currently utilized by Virgin Media O2.”

Doku further added, “The crucial factor will be the pricing strategy Giffgaff adopts as this product gains broader availability, particularly given their reputation as a value-focused provider, recognized as Uswitch’s ‘Network of the Year’ in 2025.”

Participants accepted into Giffgaff’s broadband trial can still benefit from the £10 per month broadband offer for 12 months even if they choose not to participate in the feedback program for the £100 cashback.
