I grew up here.”

The proprietor further emphasized his deep ties to Langon, noting his lifelong residency and enduring relationships with the local populace.

He clarified, “We’re continuing to utilize the same ingredients, the same meticulous standards.”

Instead of awaiting formal notification from the Michelin Guide, he chose to proactively inform his clientele through a heartfelt message shared on social media.

In his message, he emphasized, “It’s not the star that is important, it’s what we share together, night after night.”
