Ms. Prugnaud is the owner of Mint Group, a European fashion enterprise that manages various operations, including overseeing purchasing for select American department stores. She co-owns the company with her husband, who accompanied her along with their two daughters on the day of their meeting.

Complementing her coat, Ms. Prugnaud sported a printed scarf that she described as holding deep sentimental value. This accessory was from AZ Factory, the fashion house established by designer Alber Elbaz following his tenure at Lanvin.
