Lady Victoria Hervey Questions Virginia Giuffre’s “Days to Live” Claim Amidst Prince Andrew Controversy

Lady Victoria Hervey, a former girlfriend of Prince Andrew, has voiced skepticism regarding Virginia Giuffre‘s assertion that she has “days to live.” Giuffre, who has accused the Duke of York of sexual abuse during her teenage years, made the alarming claim in a recent social media post, prompting Hervey’s critical response. The unfolding situation adds a new layer to the already complex narrative surrounding Prince Andrew and the allegations made by Virginia Giuffre.

Hervey’s Doubts Sparked by Giuffre’s Social Media Post

Hervey, aged 48, addressed Giuffre’s recent social media activity on her Instagram Stories, responding to a post from the previous day. Giuffre, 41, had shared a concerning photograph of herself displaying facial bruising. In the post, Giuffre alleged that she sustained injuries after being struck by a school bus traveling at a high speed – reportedly 110 kilometers per hour, or approximately 70 miles per hour. Giuffre further claimed that medical professionals had informed her that she had only four days to live as a consequence of the purported accident.

“Confession Needed,” Hervey Declares

In her Instagram Story, Hervey stated, “If Virginia Giuffre genuinely has days to live, then a full confession is warranted.” She added, expressing disbelief, “However, I am doubtful. The FBI is currently investigating her, and arrest warrants are imminent. This ‘dying’ scenario appears to be a convenient ploy to evade potential imprisonment.”

Claims of FBI Evidence and “Lies”

The British socialite further asserted that “credible sources” had informed her of alleged recent FBI contact with Giuffre. According to Hervey, the FBI presented “evidence and proof” that Giuffre fabricated her claims against Prince Andrew. Hervey suggested that recordings exist in which Giuffre purportedly “admits nothing ever transpired with Prince Andrew.”

Call for Robert Giuffre to Speak Out

Hervey also referenced Virginia Giuffre’s estranged husband, Robert Giuffre, stating, “It is time for him to speak. I am aware he possesses knowledge about the fabricated photograph and all her deceptive schemes.” Virginia and Robert Giuffre are parents to three children.

Giuffre’s History with Epstein and Maxwell

Virginia Giuffre’s association with Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein, began in 2000 while Giuffre was employed at Donald Trump‘s Mar-a-Lago resort as a locker room attendant. Maxwell allegedly introduced Giuffre to Epstein, and both were later accused of incorporating her into their sex trafficking operation. Epstein faced federal sex trafficking charges in 2019 and died by suicide while incarcerated in August of the same year. Maxwell was found guilty in 2021 of recruiting young women for Epstein to exploit and abuse.

Prince Andrew Allegations and Legal Settlement

Giuffre has also accused Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, alleging the incidents occurred in 2001. Prince Andrew, in a 2019 BBC interview, stated he had no recollection of meeting Giuffre. Giuffre initiated legal action against the Prince in August 2021, which culminated in an out-of-court settlement in February 2022 for an undisclosed sum.

Hervey: “Divine Judgment” and “Karma”

Hervey continued her commentary on Instagram Stories, stating, “The damage inflicted by her falsehoods – destroying lives and families for financial gain – is substantial. She bears a significant responsibility.” Hervey characterized the situation as “divine judgment,” adding, “It is often said that karma is inevitable. What one does returns to them, and individuals who inflict considerable harm may find the truth closing in. When that occurs, the consequences are seldom pleasant. Whether in this life or the next, the weight of choices tends to demand accountability.”

Follower Feedback on Social Media Behavior

Sharing responses from her followers, Hervey highlighted a comment: “A valid point raised is that individuals facing imminent death are typically not preoccupied with posting selfies; they are, in fact, dying!”
