Lively’s new filing claims others on the It Ends With Us set can validate her assertions, arguing that Baldoni’s ‘false narrative crumbles under the indisputable truth.’ The filing aims to establish that her concerns were raised in 2023, not as a ‘power play’ in 2024.
According to her spokesperson, the amended filing ‘details corroboration that backs up Blake’s original sexual harassment and retaliation concerns,’ and proves ‘other women confided in Blake about their discomfort and fear.’
Despite the escalating legal conflict, resolution is not imminent, with a trial date set for March 2026, and both parties opting to bypass mediation.
