Super Bowl champion Brandon Jacobs stuns podcast hosts with gameday cocaine admission

Former NFL Star Brandon Jacobs Admits to Cocaine Use Before High School Game

In a surprising revelation, retired two-time Super Bowl winner Brandon Jacobs confessed to consuming cocaine prior to a high school football game. He asserted, however, that this was an isolated incident.

Jacobs, previously a prominent running back for the New York Giants, made the admission on the podcast “Raw Room,” hosted by former NFL players Jalen Collins, King Dunlap, and Daren Bates.

The podcast hosts expressed astonishment at Jacobs’ candid disclosure.

Single Instance During High School

Jacobs clarified that this event occurred during his high school years in Louisiana, not during his NFL career.

“It involved a friend who was a year older,” Jacobs stated.

“I was entering the weight room when he approached me and asked, ‘Guess what I have?’ He then said, ‘I’ve got some cocaine.'”

Brandon Jacobs, former New York Giants running back, disclosed using cocaine before a game during his high school years.

Jacobs secured two Super Bowl victories with the Giants, both against the New England Patriots.

Jacobs recounted the conversation, “‘I asked, “What is it?” He offered, “Want to try it?” and I agreed.'”

Exceptional Performance Followed Drug Use

According to Jacobs, the drug use seemingly enhanced his performance. He claimed to have rushed for 338 yards and scored four touchdowns in that particular game.

“I felt unmatched on the field,” he added.

Despite the apparent performance boost, Jacobs maintained it was a one-time occurrence. “I never did it again,” he affirmed, then jokingly added, “Maybe I should have done it again.”

NFL Career and Super Bowl Wins

The notion of the imposing 6-foot-4, 264-pound Jacobs under the influence is indeed striking, particularly considering his reputation for overpowering defenders.

Throughout his nine seasons in the NFL, primarily with the Giants, the powerful running back secured Super Bowl XLII and XLVI championships, both against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.
