Postnuptial Agreement in Place

Brunson, an Emmy Award recipient, has indicated the existence of a postnuptial agreement and intends to adhere to its terms. Court documents reveal that Brunson is requesting the court to divide their assets as outlined in the postnuptial agreement—a legal arrangement established after marriage. Furthermore, she is seeking that both parties be responsible for their respective legal expenses.

Irreconcilable Differences Cited

Citing irreconcilable differences, Brunson has marked the separation date as “To Be Determined” (TBD) in the divorce filing.

As the couple does not have children together, child custody will not be a factor in these proceedings.
