U.S. WTI Midland and North Sea crude differentials were steady on Friday with the sole activity in the Platts window being a higher Forties offer that did not draw buying interest.

* No cargoes traded.

* Forties: Shell offered April 2-4 at dated Brent plus $1.00, higher than offers on Thursday. There was no buying interest in the window.
