LONDON, Oct 26 (Reuters) – The Japanese yen briefly jumped to a session high against the dollar on Thursday after earlier touching its weakest level in a year, with traders jittery about the prospect of intervention.
The yen quickly hit 149.865 per dollar, having earlier touched 150.78, its weakest since Oct. 21, 2022. It was last at 150.42 per dollar.
