Kevin Costner has been locked in a nasty divorce battle following his split from his wife Christine Baumgartner earlier this year after 18 years of marriage.
Now, the Yellowstone star could have his child support payments reviewed after Baumgartner reportedly filed new documents.
According to the papers seen by TMZ, Baumgartner laid out the specific living conditions the former couple’s four children currently enjoy.
They reportedly live in a beach compound that’s worth between $65 million and $95 million and they also fly private on luxury vacations with their dad.
According to the documents seen by the news outlet, Baumgartner wants to be able to afford to provide the same quality of living now that she has split from Costner.

She allegedly requested that Costner pays sufficient child support “so that the children can go on comparable vacations when they are with her. This is true even if the child support payments also improve Christine’s lifestyle.”
With the provided information considered, Baumgartner is said to have estimated that $129k per month won’t cut it, and she reportedly instead calculated $175,057 per month.
She also reportedly stated that higher amount “will not be sufficient to replicate Kevin’s lifestyle, but it will be sufficient to allow her to provide a lifestyle for the children which is relatively comparable.”
Baumgartner also purportedly claimed that Costner’s average cash flow for the last 2 years was $19,248,467 each year, or more than $1.6 million each month.
Considering their shared custody of their children, Baumgartner reportedly claimed California guidelines require Costner to pay $175,000 per month.
The 49-year-old originally filed for divorce from the Hollywood star in May and their highly publicized divorce has seen the former couple clash over living arrangements and finances for weeks.
Baumgartner recently claimed that the 68-year-old is specifically withholding documents detailing his income for his upcoming film series Horizon. She requested the court to order the actor to share these documents.
The former handbag designer’s legal team claimed Costner has been “stonewalling” them over sharing vital information prior to their child support hearing next week.
According to the Daily Mail, Costner’s attorneys claimed Baumgartner’s team “will be unable to present any evidence that [Costner] has chosen to withhold from discovery” and argued they are seeking “documents that are not relevant” due to the prenuptial agreement the pair have in place with one of his lawyers describing the requests as “burdensome”
