Stacey Solomon hailed for 'real' bikini pic just four months after giving birth

Stacey Solomon has been showered with praise after sharing an ‘honest’ snap of her in a swimsuit just four months after giving birth. The mum-of-five, 33, gave birth to her daughter Belle in February and enjoyed the fabulous weather over the weekend with the little one and her siblings Rex, three, and Rose, one.

Her husband Joe Swash also featured in the Instagram photos as the former Queen of the Jungle stunned in a cream bikini.

Stacey, who wore her blonde hair loose in the photos, received plenty of compliments for posting ‘real’ photos in a world that seems to have a new filter each day.

One fan wrote: “I love how open about your body you are- a REAL image, from a REAL person. It’s so refreshing and it makes us all feel ‘normal’!! X.”

While another gushed: “Stacey you are beautiful inside and out.”

In the photo’s caption the former X Factor competitor told fans how grateful she was for everything she had, confessing that at times she felt like an ‘imposter’.

“Always feel so grateful,” she wrote. “I’ll never take for granted how lucky we are. My full on imposter syndrome will always keep me in check [laughing emoji].

“I’m always forcing my friends, family, and just the local village really, over here just incase one day Ashton Kutcher jumps out of a bush and tells us we’ve all been Punk’d and it’s not really our pool [laughing emoji] Happy Sunday Everyone [black heart emoji].”

Stacey’s fans told the proud mum she deserved everything she had, with one saying: “You’ve worked hard and deserve everything you have , never feel an imposter xx.”

The DIY guru is often open on Instagram and recently spoke out about feeling anxious at 4.30am after getting her period.

Stacey shared: “I woke up so early (4.30am) feeling SO anxious. I came on yesterday & it’s my first period in over a year so it’s thrown me right out!

“Everyone was sleeping so I decided to try & do things to set me up for work today. Forced myself to gym, made myself lunch, washed my hair & got ready to go…”

The star added: “To anyone having a low day, you’re amazing & everything is temporary, you’ve got this.”

In May, Stacey confessed how lonely she felt after her son Leighton went on a school trip for a week.

Sharing a photo of the teenager getting on a coach, she shared: “Because it’s Leighton’s last year of primary school, his year has gone away for the week,” Stacey penned alongside the snap.

“I’m so excited for him but I already miss him.”
