Han Solo might have been speedy through the Kessel Run but he is taking his sweet time bringing a trailer to fans.
No doubt sensing the growing fan frustration, director Ron Howard tweeted the promising trailer news: “Hang in there. Now that Episode 8 is out there, it won’t be long.”
Numerous reports were convinced that the trailer would finally arrive on January 12 on Good Morning America but nothing surfaced.
If Howard is to believed and the trailer is imminent, there are two huge dates in the US (and worldwide) that would make sense.
The troubled Solo: A Star Wars Story is due in cinemas on May 25 but has just started shooting last-minute pick-ups, which traditionally tidy up scenes and dialogue.

The 2018 Super Bowl takes place on February 4.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy 2 launched its trailer at the biggest night on US television last year so this would be the perfect time and platform to make the biggest splash for the Han Solo debut.
