Meghan Markle flaunts acting talent in forgotten racy movie role – PHOTOS

In Random Encounters, she played Mindy – who flirted up a storm with Kevin (Michael Rady).

But she was ultimately pushed away, because of Kevin’s pre-existing feelings for Mindy’s flatmate Laura (Abby Wathen).

The comedy movie was released in 2013 and was so low-key it doesn’t even appear on Markle’s Wikipedia page, and given the high-profile work she has done, it’s understandable why.

She was already on Suits when it was released, playing Rachel Zane since 2011 – a role she is, incidentally, now tipped to leave.

So this is one of Meghan Markle’s less prolific roles, in a career that has otherwise been reasonably successful.

She had an uncredited role alongside Russell Brand in Get Him To The Greek in 2010, and also appeared in 2011’s Horrible Bosses.

On TV, she’s also popped up in Without A Trace, Castle, 90210 and CSI: Miami.

But of course it’s undeniable that her romance with Prince Harry is what has sent her stratospheric – and her profile is set to rise even more after the pair confirmed their engagement yesterday.

The much-anticipated news was confirmed by the Prince of Wales in a brief statement issued by Clarence House.

It read: “His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales is delighted to announce the engagement of Prince Harry to Ms Meghan Markle.

“The wedding will take place in Spring 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course.

“His Royal Highness and Ms Markle became engaged in London earlier this month.

“Prince Harry has informed Her Majesty the Queen and other close members of his family.”
