Eminem is a legend in the hip-hop game in his own right, however, he’s not afraid to give credit where credit is due. Hot New Hip Hop reported earlier today that Eminem shouted out to the legendary Tupac Shakur for his songwriting talent.
Reportedly, the artist said Tupac was easily one of the greatest songwriters of all time. In the clip which is featured down below, Em can be heard saying that it was possible to debate on his rapping skills because he had those too, but the way in which Tupac incorporated emotion into his lyrics and flow was unheard of at the time.

Fans of Eminem know that he’s been very visible these days, perhaps even to his detriment. Earlier this year, it was reported that the rapper ran into a home invader in the middle of the night. The suspect reportedly smashed one of his windows and snuck into his home.

Page Six reported that Matthew David Hughes, 26, broke into Mathers’ Detroit home through a kitchen window. He made his way into the Kamikaze artist’s house around 4:00 am near the beginning of April.
TMZ claims Mr. Hughes wound up sounding the rapper’s alarms, from there he was apprehended by the rapper’s security guards and woke up Slim Shady in the process. Other outlets claimed it was actually Eminem who apprehended him.
On a more positive note, it was also reported that Hughes wasn’t trying to rob the rapper; he was just trying to be friendly and get an up-close-and-personal look at him despite the obvious inappropriateness of it. Following his arrest by the police on the 6th of April, the authorities set his bail at $50,000.
This came not long after his feud with Nick Cannon, who released not one but three diss-tracks on Eminem after he mentioned Nick in one of his songs. Ironically, Nick made fun of Marshall Mathers for supposedly having a chauffeur, to which Eminem told him he was a “boogie f*ck,” because he didn’t even have one.

If the above report is 100% accurate, Eminem at least has hired help to aid him in capturing malicious individuals.
