North Korea slam Donald Trump’s ‘America First’ strategy and claim he is worse than HITLER

The hermit kingdom’s state-run propaganda slammed President Trump’s decision to remove the US from Unesco and the Paris Climate agreement.

The secretive state has a history of blasting the former-property mogul’s economic strategy whenever they feel the pinch from tough sanctions placed on them amid months of missile launches and international death threats.

Now in an aggressive attack on the US firebrand, the state media told North Korean citizens his decision to withdraw from the environmental agreement was seen internationally as an ”act surpassing the toxic gas atrocities by Hitler”.

Despite their claims, there appears to be no example of anybody likening his decision to the acts of Hitler in World War 2 in this way.

The piece in the DPRK’s Uriminzokkiri added: “The crazy ideology and forces harassing world peace and civilisation and threatening human existence must be eliminated from the world of human civilisation and from this planet.

“This is our stand.

“All the countries of the world desirous of independence, justice, peace and development should never tolerate the US’ high-handed and arbitrary practices by which it perpetrates all bullying acts under the slogan of ‘America first’.”

It is not the first time the brutal dictatorship of Kim Jong-un has likened the US leader to histories greatest villain.

In June another propaganda outlet KCNA claimed Mr Trump’s America First policy was “the American version of Nazism far surpassing the fascism in the last century in its ferocious, brutal, and chauvinistic nature” and “Nazism in the 21st century”.

It comes amid claims North Korea could collapse within a year due to harsh US sanctions that are set to cripple its economy and could kill citizens.

Ri Jong-ho, a North Korean defector who previously ran an international network of North Korean businesses, claims the current sanctions could devastate the hermit dictatorship.

He told crowds at an Asia Society event in New York: “The sanctions that the White House has imposed on North Korea are of a historic level.

“Never before has the country faced such tough sanctions. I don’t know if North Korea will survive a year with these sanctions. People will die.”

Mr Ri used to be in charge of North Korean tactics to get around UN sanctions but defected with his family in 2014.

He added he believes Kim Jong-un’s aggressive nuclear testing programme and anti-Trump rhetoric is masking an attempt to force the US into a diplomatic dialogue that does not involve South Korea.

Mr Ri said: “Right now the leadership of North Korea have deployed missiles aimed at the US and are doing these provocations, but they desperately want relations with the US.”
