Troubleshooting steps: In case if the product is not working properly or facing issues with the product like cannot hear while calling or talking on the phone, please try following steps: Disconnect the headset and make sure it is off. Get a tooth brush and clean the contacts. While the headset is still off hold the volume switch, the answer button and the mute button all together for a few seconds. When the LED flashes blue the product should be fine. Please make sure the headset is in the off position when plugging it in to charge. Clean the contacts every once in awhile
