Settlement negotiations are reportedly underway in the sexual harassment lawsuit embroiling Fox Sports personalities Joy Taylor and Skip Bayless. The legal dispute, which has garnered significant media attention, may be nearing a resolution as both parties engage in discussions to reach an agreement.

Settlement Talks Progress in Fox Sports Harassment Lawsuit

According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, lawyers representing both Noushin Faraji, the former Fox Sports hair stylist who filed the suit, and the defendants have initiated settlement talks. Front Office Sports initially reported on these ongoing discussions.

A filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court stated, ‘On March 10, 2025, the Parties mediated this matter. While a resolution was not reached during mediation, both parties are continuing settlement discussions with the mediator.’

Furthermore, both legal teams have jointly requested to postpone an initial status conference from April 22 to July 29. This postponement is intended ‘to preserve resources’ as settlement discussions advance.

Allegations of Misconduct Against Bayless and Dixon

Faraji’s lawsuit, initially filed in January, alleges sexual harassment against Skip Bayless and Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon. The suit specifically accuses Bayless of offering Faraji $1.5 million for sexual acts, while Dixon is accused of inappropriately touching the stylist’s backside.

Taylor Accused of Dismissing Harassment Claims

Joy Taylor is also named in the lawsuit for allegedly downplaying Faraji’s complaints of sexual harassment against Bayless and Dixon. She is accused of telling the hair stylist to simply “get over it.”

Taylor’s Alleged Relationships and Dixon’s Past Accusations

The legal filing further suggests that Taylor, sister of former NFL player Jason Taylor, reportedly had affairs with both Dixon and FS1 host Emmanuel Acho.

The lawsuit emerged after Bayless‘s departure from Fox Sports’ cable network, FS1. However, Taylor remains employed by the network, having recently returned after a two-week absence in March that was not publicly explained.

Dixon’s Administrative Leave and Denials

Dixon faces separate accusations from Fox Sports host Julie Stewart-Binks, who alleges he pinned her against a wall and attempted to kiss her during a 2016 encounter in a hotel room. Dixon has refuted this claim. In February, Fox Sports placed him on administrative leave, according to reports from The Athletic.

Defendants’ Denials and Fox Sports’ Response

Both Taylor and Bayless have previously denied the allegations of misconduct. Fox Sports spokespersons have stated they are ‘taking these allegations seriously’ while offering ‘no further comment’ at this time.

Ongoing Legal Process

DailyMail.com has contacted legal representatives for all parties involved in the case to solicit comments regarding the settlement negotiations detailed in the recent court filing. The outcome of these discussions remains to be seen as the legal process continues.
