Elon Musk Faces Scrutiny Over Allegations of Unreported Children

Tech magnate Elon Musk, who has publicly declared a duty to “create new humans,” is facing fresh scrutiny following a Wall Street Journal investigation. The probe suggests that the actual number of children fathered by Musk may significantly exceed the widely known count of 14. Sources cited in the report claim the true figure could be considerably higher, alleging that Musk actively conceals these details.

The Role of Jared Birchall

Central to these allegations, according to the report, is Jared Birchall, a long-term confidant and manager of Musk’s family office. Birchall reportedly oversees the logistical complexities of Musk’s expanding family, including the drafting of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and acting as an intermediary for the mothers of some of Musk’s children.

Details of NDA Discussions with Ashley St. Clair

The investigation highlights an instance where Musk allegedly approached conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair with a restrictive agreement after she gave birth to their child last autumn. The proposed terms reportedly included a $15 million payment, along with $100,000 monthly installments until the child reached 21 years old, in exchange for her silence. St. Clair purportedly declined this proposition. She claims the offer has since diminished in value following perceived breaches of trust. St. Clair informed the Journal that after the publication contacted Musk for comment on their article, his representatives sent her only $20,000.

Birchall’s Counsel and Expanded Responsibilities

Beyond managing Musk’s personal affairs, Birchall also holds the position of CEO at Neuralink, Musk’s neurotechnology company, and is a partner at xAI, Musk’s artificial intelligence enterprise. The report implies that managing Musk’s private life may constitute a substantial commitment alongside his other executive roles. During a reported two-hour conversation with St. Clair, Birchall is quoted as advising her that pursuing “legal avenues” with Musk would “invariably lead to a less favorable outcome” for her.
