HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – A Pennsylvania man, identified as Cody Balmer, 38, made a peculiar display as he arrived at a Harrisburg courthouse for his arraignment on Monday, facing charges related to the firebombing of the governor’s mansion. Balmer is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated arson, and burglary. These charges stem from accusations that he broke into Governor Josh Shapiro’s Harrisburg residence in the early hours of Sunday.
