She added, “Today, a ballistic missile obliterated a residential neighborhood. The toll stands at 14 dead, including 6 children. Russia is a terrorist state,” directly accusing Russia of state-sponsored terrorism.
President Zelensky Confirms Ballistic Missile, Condemns Attack
President Zelensky addressed the nation, stating that the missile impacted “an ordinary city,” and indicated preliminary findings pointed to a ballistic missile strike. “Currently, 14 deaths are confirmed, among them six children.”
He conveyed his profound sympathy, saying, “My condolences to their bereaved families and loved ones. Rescue operations are currently underway, with reports indicating damage to at least five apartment buildings.”
