Virginia Giuffre Faced Restraining Order Charge Days Before Bus Collision Incident

Virginia Giuffre, a victim of sex trafficking, was formally charged with violating a family violence restraining order just days prior to a bus collision. This incident initially led to her widely publicized claims of severe, potentially fatal injuries. The development adds a layer of complexity to the narrative surrounding Giuffre and the recent events.

Instagram Post and Contradictory Claims

Giuffre, 41, formerly known as Roberts, triggered widespread attention with an Instagram post on Sunday evening. The post, purportedly sent from a hospital bed, stated she had only “four days left to live.”

In the social media communication, she alleged a school bus traveling at 110 km/h had struck her vehicle, causing kidney failure and a dire prognosis from medical professionals.

However, a representative for Giuffre later acknowledged on Wednesday that she had “made a mistake.” The spokesperson clarified that the post was not intended for public distribution.

Court Appearance Prior to Collision Revealed

Daily Mail Australia has uncovered that Giuffre was listed at the Perth Magistrates Court a mere ten days before the reported vehicle collision. The court appearance was related to the alleged breach of the aforementioned family violence restraining order.

Records indicate her estranged husband, Robert Giuffre, was also scheduled to appear at the same court the preceding month. His listing reportedly concerned allegations of “providing inadequate storage facility for firearms.”

Marital Separation and Domestic Tensions

Sources suggest the couple’s separation occurred recently after 22 years of marriage. They are believed to have ceased cohabitation at their opulent $1.9 million residence located in Ocean Reef, a coastal suburb of Perth.

The couple acquired the six-bedroom property five years ago, placing a deposit approximately six months before Ms. Giuffre initiated legal proceedings against Prince Andrew. The lawsuit accused the royal of sexual abuse during her teenage years.

The property transaction was finalized before the out-of-court settlement in the Prince Andrew case, which reportedly involved a $20 million payment from the Duke.

Custody Disputes and Social Media Posts

Current indications suggest ongoing and potentially contentious disagreements between the couple concerning their teenage son and daughter.

Two days before the vehicle incident, on March 22, Giuffre shared a photograph of her children on a beach, accompanied by a message that appeared to convey a desperate desire for contact.

“My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies,” she stated. “I miss them so very much. I have been through hell and back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else. Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens.”

In the subsequent post from the hospital approximately one week later, she wrote: “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens.”

Connection to Jeffrey Epstein

Giuffre’s introduction to her future husband occurred when she was 19 years old while undergoing training as a masseuse in Thailand.

The training course expenses were covered by the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, were responsible for sex trafficking Giuffre.

Police Report on Vehicle Collision

On Tuesday, Western Australia Police confirmed Giuffre was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a “minor collision” with a bus in Neergabby, situated 80km north of Perth, on March 24. Authorities reported no injuries resulting from the incident.

According to 9News Perth, Giuffre’s 71-year-old “carer” was the driver of the vehicle at the time of the collision.

Police stated the incident was “reported by the bus driver the following day. The car sustained approximately $2000 worth of damage.”

“We have no report of any serious injuries,” Acting Western Australian Police Commissioner Kylie Whiteley clarified to the media.

Hospital Treatment and Retraction

It is understood Giuffre received treatment at a local medical facility following the collision for a pre-existing condition and was subsequently discharged.

She later sought admission to another hospital in the early hours of Tuesday after the concerning Instagram post, featuring apparent bruising, became public.

Giuffre’s spokesperson retracted the “deathbed” farewell assertions on Wednesday, attributing the public posting to a mistake.

Father’s Concerns

Sky Roberts, Giuffre’s father, communicated to DailyMail.com his profound distress and his wish to travel from his Florida residence to be with his daughter in an Australian hospital.

Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting Ms. Giuffre fabricated or exaggerated the vehicle collision incident.
