  • Drizzle the potato cubes with vegetable oil and season generously with salt.
  • Take a whole bulb of garlic, slice off the top portion, drizzle with vegetable oil, season with salt, and encase it in kitchen foil.

Cooking Process:

  • Place the foil-wrapped garlic alongside the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 180C and cook for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, carefully remove the garlic from the air fryer. Increase the temperature to 190C and continue roasting the potatoes for an additional 10 minutes to achieve optimal crispness.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare the flavour-enhancing paste by mixing two tablespoons of runny honey, two tablespoons of mustard, and a pinch of salt. Unwrap the roasted garlic bulb, squeeze the softened cloves into the honey-mustard mixture, and stir to combine thoroughly.
  • Once the final 10 minutes of cooking time are complete, extract the air fryer roast potatoes. Gently toss the hot potatoes in the prepared honey-mustard-garlic paste, ensuring they are evenly coated before serving.
