Socialite Victoria Hervey, Prince Andrew’s former girlfriend, has publicly labeled Ms. Giuffre a ‘fantasist,’ implying she is being dishonest about the extent of the car crash injuries.
Lady Victoria, 48, faced harsh criticism on social media, with users calling her ‘nasty’ and ‘vile’ after she posted Giuffre’s hospital selfie with the word ‘Karma’ superimposed.
However, the socialite, who had a brief romantic relationship with Prince Andrew in 1999, stood by her inflammatory Instagram post.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Hervey reiterated her skepticism about Ms. Giuffre’s claims of critical injuries and imminent death due to kidney failure from a collision involving a school bus in Australia.

A Western Australia Police Force spokesperson later confirmed a ‘minor crash’ between a bus and a car in Neergabby, north of Perth, on March 24.
The bus driver reported the incident the following day. Damage to the car was estimated at $2,000, with no reported injuries, according to the spokesperson.
Ms. Giuffre’s spokesperson, Dini von Mueffing, issued a statement: ‘Virginia sustained serious injuries in an accident and is receiving hospital treatment. She is grateful for the outpouring of support and well wishes.’

Giuffre’s History and Legal Battles
Virginia Giuffre became central to a major global scandal after initiating legal action against Jeffrey Epstein in 2015.
She claimed she was sex trafficked at 16 after Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate and former lover, recruited her from her job as a locker room attendant at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
Giuffre and Maxwell reached an undisclosed settlement in a defamation case in 2017.
Epstein died by suicide in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022 for conspiracy to sexually abuse minors alongside Epstein.

Estranged Family and Recent Claims
Ms. Giuffre’s last known residence was a $1.9 million beachfront property in Ocean Reef, North Perth, Western Australia, with her estranged husband, Robert Giuffre, and their three children.
