Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh accusations of sexual assault, according to a new human trafficking lawsuit. The legal filing claims the alleged incident occurred at a party purportedly attended by numerous high-profile celebrities.

Joseph Manzaro has filed a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, alleging human trafficking against Combs, 55. Court documents state that Manzaro claims he was drugged and transported to Star Island in April 2015 for a birthday celebration for Combs’ son, King Combs. The lawsuit further alleges that Combs subjected Manzaro to humiliation, including purportedly strapping a prosthetic penis to his face and displaying him to partygoers.
According to the lawsuit, Manzaro claims he was taken against his will to the residence of Emilio and Gloria Estefan. While at the Estefan’s home, Manzaro alleges encountering basketball star LeBron James, who was reportedly wearing only a bath towel. James, currently 40 years old, allegedly remarked upon seeing Manzaro, “Y’all better do something about that!”
Manzaro further alleges that after leaving the Estefan residence, he was guided through a tunnel to Combs’ property. Upon arrival at Combs’ mansion, Manzaro claims to have encountered music icons Beyoncé and Jay-Z within the main party area.

Manzaro claims Beyoncé, now 43, allegedly questioned, “What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?”
An unnamed member of Combs’ entourage allegedly responded, stating, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.”
Manzaro alleges he was subsequently stripped, forced into a thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask. He further claims a rubber device was forcibly inserted and secured over his head, attached to the mask. The lawsuit details allegations of non-consensual sexual acts perpetrated by Combs.
Legal Ramifications and Denials
Manzaro’s legal action is solely against Combs; Emilio and Gloria Estefan, LeBron James, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z are not named as defendants in the lawsuit.
Us Weekly reportedly sought comments from Emilio and Gloria Estefan, LeBron James, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z regarding the allegations.
A representative for Gloria and Emilio Estefan issued a statement to Us Weekly refuting the claims, asserting, “The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.”
Combs’ legal representatives released a statement to TMZ disputing the allegations.
“This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” the statement declared. “No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”
Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently facing serious charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy, and transportation for prostitution following his arrest in September 2024. He has denied all accusations and is awaiting trial, scheduled for May 5.
