Fabletics Eyes Billion-Dollar Valuation and UK Store Launch Amid Gen Z Trend
The California-based fitness clothing retailer is seeking to capitalize on the growing trend of young consumers prioritizing exercise over social outings.
Mark Ralea, the group’s general manager in Europe, noted that ‘Gen Z consistently emphasizes the importance of both mental and physical well-being.’
His observations align with those of Gym Group’s chief executive, Will Orr, who stated that younger demographics display ‘greater interest in their fitness’ compared to alcohol consumption.
Fabletics, co-owned by actress Kate Hudson, reported sales of $850 million in the past year and anticipates reaching $1 billion in revenue within two years.
UK Store Expansion on the Horizon
The brand is making preparations to inaugurate a physical store in the UK, its second largest market after the United States, in 2026, with potential for further expansion.
