Reality television personalities Holly Madison and Zak Bagans have officially ended their relationship. The former Girls Next Door star verified that her romance with the Ghost Adventures host is definitively concluded, despite their history of intermittent periods together.

Speaking on the March 24 episode of her Girls Next Level podcast with Bridget Marquardt, Madison addressed the breakup. “Zak and I broke up for good, for good,” she stated. Acknowledging the public perception of their past, she added, “I know we’ve been very on and off, you guys are probably like, ‘You guys broke up last spring, right?’”

Contrary to assumptions, Madison revealed that the decision to permanently part ways was made just last month. Romance rumors between the pair initially surfaced in 2019 when the former Playboy model visited Bagans at his Haunted Museum in Las Vegas.

Madison elaborated on the duration and fluctuating nature of their connection. “It was off and on over the course of like five and a half years,” she explained. “We were together but very intermittently over the past year—very, very much so. So we broke up, and I mean unfollowed on social media, which we’ve never unfollowed each other before through all the breakups.”
