Craig Conover Enters New Relationship Following Paige DeSorbo Split
Craig Conover, of Southern Charm, has confirmed he is seeing someone new after his separation from Paige DeSorbo. The reality television personality shared the update during a recent appearance.
“I’m very happy,” Conover, 36, stated on the Thursday, March 27, episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
Alongside Southern Charm colleagues Shep Rose and Austen Kroll on WWHL, Conover’s revelation of a budding romance surprised host Andy Cohen.
“When I date, I tend to focus on one individual,” he explained. “I have been seeing someone. It’s a reminder that fate operates mysteriously and events unfold for a purpose.”

Paige DeSorbo seemingly engaged in online commentary directed at her former boyfriend, Craig Conover, through a social media interaction. Fans observed that DeSorbo, 32, had ‘liked’ a suggestive post regarding relationship imbalances approximately a month after her breakup with Conover became public. The post implied dissatisfaction with partners lacking contribution.
Conover’s current relationship marks his first since his parting with Summer House personality DeSorbo, 32, last November, concluding a three-year romance. While the initial split appeared amicable, tensions seem to have escalated, with veiled criticisms exchanged recently.
Cohen directly addressed DeSorbo’s prior remarks on Summer House, where she expressed concerns about Conover’s level of encouragement regarding her ambitions. DeSorbo had even questioned if her partner was secretly undermining her aspirations in a Summer House scene filmed prior to their separation.
“I was admittedly taken aback by her decision to end our relationship,” Conover admitted during the WWHL discussion. “My current focus is simply progressing forward.”
Dismissing what he termed “fabricated narratives” surrounding his relationship with DeSorbo, Conover further commented, “Her perspective led her to anticipate a particular trajectory post-breakup, but subsequent choices she undertook altered the situation in an unfavorable way for her.”

The romantic journey of Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover evolved from friendship to a romantic partnership and ultimately to former lovers. The Southern Charm personality and the Summer House cast member initially crossed paths while participating in their respective Bravo programs. DeSorbo recounted, “I met Craig three years prior, when he was unattached. I was in a committed relationship at the time, which I respected fully.”
“I have done nothing except attempt to proceed with my life,” Conover continued. “I am genuinely content in my current life phase.”
Conover then claimed that DeSorbo and “her group of friends” from Summer House had directed “hostile comments” towards him, despite his previous amicable relations with them before dating DeSorbo.
“I would advise audiences to refrain from emulating their behavior. I find it reprehensible,” he added.
While DeSorbo has received support from her Summer House co-stars, she has also been subjected to recurring criticisms from her former Southern Charm associates. In January, DeSorbo responded to remarks made by Southern Charm personality Kroll during a prior Watch What Happens Live appearance, where he implied she was involved with someone new.
“It’s interesting that someone I haven’t communicated with in six months possesses precise knowledge of my current activities,” DeSorbo retorted in the comments section of WWHL’s interview excerpt.
During her “Giggly Squad” podcast in February, DeSorbo explicitly refuted allegations of infidelity during her relationship with Conover.

The Summer House star further asserted, “I am not in a new relationship. I did not engage in infidelity during my previous relationship. Furthermore, a full month transpired between our breakup and my public statement.”
Another of Conover’s Southern Charm co-stars, Rose, criticized DeSorbo during the season 10 finale broadcast on March 20, for what he perceived as a lack of commitment to filming the Bravo reality series.
“I will express it directly. I consider it utterly unacceptable that Paige did not participate in a single cast trip throughout their entire dating period,” Rose, 44, conveyed to Kroll. “I would not be able to act similarly were I in a relationship, I assure you.”
In this week’s Southern Charm season 10 reunion episode, Conover reportedly surprised moderator Cohen and fellow cast members by recounting a particularly strained interaction with DeSorbo shortly after their separation.
“[I inquired], ‘What are your wishes regarding the [engagement] ring?’ Her response was, ‘Retain it. Perhaps we will proceed with marriage at BravoCon!’” Conover claimed.
