Sunday Activities Shared on Social Media
Earlier that same Sunday, Markle had already updated her Instagram Stories, offering glimpses into her day. In a series of three Stories, she highlighted friend Kelly McKee Zajfen creating a unique banana split. Markle’s captions included, “When one of the besties reinvents a banana split for breakfast,” along with tags for Zajfen and Markle’s own lifestyle brand, As Ever.
Markle herself made an appearance in one of these Story updates, shown cutting and enjoying a portion of the banana split with Zajfen, who is also featured in Markle’s Netflix docuseries, With Love, Meghan. Dressed in comfortable beige loungewear, Markle greeted her followers with “Happy Sunday, friends!” in the video’s caption.

Markle has also used Instagram to promote Prince Harry’s Invictus Games. On February 10th, she highlighted the event, followed by a loving tribute to her husband five days later. “Back home with our children, missing my Valentine as he continues his work at the Invictus Games, making a difference and reminding us all of the healing power of resilience through these incredible veterans and their families,” Markle wrote alongside a black and white photograph of the couple embracing.
She continued, “Immensely proud of my husband and his creation. My love, I will gladly share burgers & fries and fish & chips with you always. Thank you for being you. #lovewins.”
“Nightcap Recaps” and Family Time
Earlier this month, Markle disclosed to People magazine that she and Prince Harry maintain their connection through “nightcap recaps” amidst their demanding schedules. Describing a family tradition of discussing their day over drinks, Markle mentioned this often happens while preparing their children’s lunches. “I believe most parents with young children are familiar with this routine,” the Duchess commented in the March 12th article.
She further added that they enjoy watching their favorite television programs together. “We are fans of Shrinking, recently watched Black Doves, and are looking forward to the new season of The White Lotus,” Markle stated.
