Justin Bieber shares another troubling mental health confession after admitting he has 'anger issues'

Justin Bieber Opens Up About Mental Health in Social Media Post

Pop star Justin Bieber has once more provided insights into his ongoing mental health challenges to his social media followers.

Sharing Feelings of Inauthenticity

In a recent Instagram post on Saturday, the 31-year-old musician shared a video clip from a music session with fellow artists, including DJ Tay James and Judah Smith.

He expressed in the caption, ‘I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic.’

Bieber, who is a father to a seven-month-old son named Jack with his wife Hailey Bieber, further added, ‘Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people.’

Follows Admission of ‘Anger Issues’

This post follows shortly after Bieber publicly acknowledged experiencing ‘anger issues’ in a separate online message.

Musical Expression Amidst Reflection

In Saturday’s video, the Canadian singer was seen wearing a yellow beanie, a black jacket, and light-colored trousers while playing a keyboard.

Justin Bieber shares another social media update regarding his mental health struggles.

This follows his recent admission of experiencing ‘anger issues’ in another online post.

In an Instagram post shared on Saturday, the 31-year-old singer posted a video of a music jam session with fellow musicians including DJ Tay James, and Judah Smith. He wrote in the caption, ‘I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic.’

Despite the self-critical nature of his caption, Bieber appeared generally cheerful in the video, seemingly engrossed in the music.

Subsequently, he shared a post from musician Jensen McRae, featuring a selfie where he displayed a wide smile in bright sunlight.

Earlier Message on Feeling ‘Unworthy’

Earlier in March, the former teen idol conveyed in an online message, ‘People told me my whole life ‘wow Justin u deserve that’ and I personally have always felt unworthy.

‘Like I was a fraud, Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, damn if only they knew my thoughts. How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn’t be saying this,’ he continued.

The ‘Honest’ singer concluded, ‘I say all this to say. If you feel sneaky welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.’

Prior Message of Self-Acceptance

Prior to that, a few days earlier, Bieber advised his followers, ‘We have nothing to prove today. Nothing is owed to us and we [don’t] owe anyone anything ♥️.’

Drug Use Speculation Dismissed

Earlier this year, images of the entertainer looking noticeably tired and disheveled led to online rumors suggesting possible drug use.

Hours before, Justin mentioned his desire to ‘grow and not react so much’.

On Saturday, Justin shared a smiling selfie with fellow musician Jensen McRae.

Justin and longtime wife Hailey Bieber were seen in New York City in February.

However, a representative for Bieber refuted these claims to TMZ in February, stating, ‘The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true.’

It was further stated that the new father is ‘in one of the best places in his life.’

Family Life and Marriage

Bieber celebrated his birthday on March 1st with Hailey, who featured in his birthday posts on Instagram, indicating that despite ongoing rumors, their six-year marriage remains strong.

Baby Son’s Glimpse

The singer even offered fans a brief look at their baby son, whose face they have chosen to keep private from the public.
