A gathering of current and former Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders garnered attention this Sunday as they participated in a Pilates class together.
Cheerleaders Unite for Pilates Workout
Among the Cowboys alumnae present were Claire Wolford, Elizabeth DiGiovanni, Dani McGinnis, and Darian Lassiter, all engaging in the fitness session.
Hayden Hopkins, a professional dancer and model, and mother to a child with Major League Baseball player Joey Gallo, also joined the group.
Before commencing their workout, the group posed for a group selfie in front of a mirror, all sporting coordinated light blue workout attire. Workout footage from inside the studio was later shared online.
Following their exercise, they captured another group photo, captioning it as a ‘morning sweat’.
Wolford’s Offseason and Cheerleading Legacy
This offseason has been eventful for Wolford, who concluded her Dallas Cowboys cheerleading career prior to the previous season.

Earlier in the month, Wolford was seen with fellow cheerleader Jessica Bowman in Cabo San Lucas, celebrating Bowman’s bachelorette festivities.
Wolford and her cheerleading colleagues gained prominence with the release of the Netflix docuseries ‘America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ last year.
The series featured a poignant moment of Wolford’s retirement from cheerleading, capturing her emotional goodbyes with teammates.
Wolford is currently in a relationship with Baltimore Orioles player Colton Cowser, a connection they publicly acknowledged on Instagram in the fall.
She dedicated four years to the Cowboys cheerleading squad, describing the time as ‘a dream come true’ before stepping away.
Hopkins Address Past Rumors
Meanwhile, Hopkins, known for her work with Cirque du Soleil, refuted rumors last year regarding the paternity of her daughter, denying that Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis was the father.
Wolford and Jessica Bowman (left) enjoyed time in Mexico earlier this month.
Hopkins welcomed a daughter last year with professional baseball player Joey Gallo.
Following her pregnancy announcement in May, she addressed speculation that linked NFL owner Davis to her unborn child.
In December 2022, Hopkins was photographed alongside Davis, 69, in the VIP section at a Las Vegas NFL game at Allegiant Stadium, sparking romance speculation.
At the time, she posted a photo from her seat and clarified that she and Davis were merely friends.
It was later revealed that Gallo, a Washington Nationals utility player, is the father of her daughter, Capulet, with reports from TMZ indicating it was a planned pregnancy.
