Justin Bieber admits he’s ‘always felt unworthy’ in candid post amid concerns about his health

Even Justin Bieber gets imposter syndrome.

Taking to his Instagram Story Thursday, the “Lonely” singer admitted that he’s “always felt unworthy” despite being surrounded by so much love and praise from fans.

“People told me my whole life ‘wow Justin u deserve that’ and I personally have always felt unworthy, like I was a fraud,” he wrote atop a blank white screen.

“Like when people told me I deserve something it made me feel sneaky like Damn if they only knew my thoughts.”

Bieber, who skyrocketed to fame at just 15 years old, convinced himself that if people knew how “judgemental” and “selfish” he “really is” then they wouldn’t applaud him.

“I say all this to say… If you feel sneaky welcome to the club… I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”

Last week, Bieber posted another cryptic message about having “nothing to prove.”

“Nothing is owed to us and we don’t owe anyone anything,” he wrote at the time.

The honest uploads come amid growing concern for the singer’s health, with many fans speculating about an alleged drug use.

Bieber, 31, first raised eyebrows after his “strange” behavior at wife Hailey Bieber’s Rhode skincare event went viral on TikTok.

At the time, an insider told Page Six that Hailey was “really concerned” for her husband, whom she wed in 2018.

“Justin is going through a hard time and Hailey is doing her best to be there for him, but there’s only so much she can do,” the source said.

The post served as a reminder to fans to be a little easier on themselves.

Although the insider didn’t reveal exactly what was going on behind closed doors, his rep later slammed rumors that it was drug related.

His team told TMZ that the chatter about the pop star’s physical and mental health is “exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”

They said Justin was in a great place and focused on parenting his 7-month-old son, Jack Blues, and making new music.

The rep noted that this past year has been “very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.”

Bieber seemingly trolled fans with a few videos leaning into the unfounded rumors in the weeks that followed, rapping about being “high” and posting photos of himself smoking weed.

Although the “Stay” singer drinks socially and smokes marijuana, he gave up hard drugs and pills years ago.

Bieber has been very candid about his struggles with addiction in the past, revealing in 2020 that he did “everything” from prescription pills to MDMA and lean — a mixture of Codeine cough syrup, soda and hard candy — during his darkest days.

The hitmaker welcomed his first child with wife Hailey Bieber last year.

“My security and stuff would come into my room at night to check my pulse,” he recalled in an episode of his documentary series “Justin Bieber: Sessions.”

“People don’t know how serious it got. It was legit crazy scary. I was waking up in the morning and the first thing I was doing was popping pills and smoking a blunt and starting my day. It just got scary.”

However, he later started seeing a specialist for his mental health to help him address the “root” of the problem — specifically his anxiety and depression.
