Brooklyn Nets forward Mikal Bridges made the shocking admission that he has eaten Chipotle every day for the last 10 or so years while discussing the things he cannot lived without with GQ.

‘Chipotle, I eat this every day. And it’s been about, how many years since I’ve been eating Chipotle… since 2013, 14, so about 10 years,’ Bridges said.

‘Still been on a heavy to this day. I have friends and family that teases me a little bit about it.

‘It’s too fire and I have it every single time! So, it don’t disappoint.’

Bridges then sighed as he mixed up a bowl of Chipotle before saying ‘I’d love to take a bite,’ and proceeding to do so.

The 27-year-old then went on to share his go-to Chipotle order before saying that the hot salsa has gotten just a little too hot for him in recent years.

‘Oh, I used to get the hot salsa. But I don’t know if y’all know that hot salsa,’ said Bridges.

‘I don’t know what they did to it in these past couple years, but I’ll just take one bite. I’d just be like, just chugging water and it still ain’t helping.

‘It just be like painful eating a bowl. No, I felt soft because I love spicy food and I’m just like, bro, I’ve been eating this hot sauce for all these years.

‘Rest in peace to the hot sauce.’

Bridges has been averaging 21.6 points per game, 5.3 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in his first full season as a Net.

He was acquired by Brooklyn last season during the surprising trade that sent Kevin Durant to the Phoenix Suns shortly before the trade deadline.

Bridges quickly made his presence felt and showed that he could thrive in a larger role than the one he featured in with the Suns after increasing his points per game average from 17.2 during his 56 games with the seasons to 26.1 for the 27 games he played with the Nets.
