Making sure you get your five portions of fruit and veg each day will make you feel much healthier and cleaner, as well as just simply being a better, more sustainable, diet.

4. Stay active
Exercise, coupled with a balanced diet, is the simplest and best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Try and aim for 10,000 steps a day, but if that’s not possible carve out the time to spend 30 minutes a day exercising – this can be something as simple as going for a walk outside.
