Holly Willoughby will reportedly make a decision regarding her Dancing On Ice future in the new year after focusing on enjoying Christmas with her family. With the ITV skating competition set to air next month, fans have been on tenterhooks waiting to find out which presenters will be at the helm.
A source claimed: “Holly is spending Christmas with those closest to her.
“She is not rushing to make a decision and is putting it to the side for now to enjoy the festive period with her children.
“Holly is expected to make her decision in the new year,” they added to The Sun.
While Holly’s DOI future remains undecided, it has been reported that her longtime pal Stephen Mulhern has “officially signed up” to step into Phillip Schofield’s role.

“Stephen is hugely loved by viewers, is a consummate professional and as an added bonus has worked with Holly for decades – they both started out in telly together.”
Stephen and Holly previously fronted Dancing On Ice together in 2022 when Phillip contracted Covid. He also hosted the ITV2 spin-off Dancing On Ice: Defrosted from 2006 until 2007.
In addition, the pair began their careers in TV together, hosting Saturday Showdown and Ministry of Mayhem on CITV.
It comes as Holly was seen for the first time in months after quitting This Morning.
The 42-year-old joined her family for a Christmas lunch on Friday dressed in a camel coat, burgundy jumpsuit and metallic court heels.
Following her appearance, a friend told MailOnline: “For some time Holly hasn’t wanted to go to a restaurant or anywhere other people will see her, she has stuck to private places but little by little she is starting to get her life back.”
