Charlie Sheen was the victim of a violent attack in his own home by a neighbour, according to police.
The Hollywood actor’s neighbor was arrested after she allegedly tried to choke him when a dispute between them erupted at his Los Angeles home.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department confirmed on Friday that Sheen, 58, was allegedly attacked by a 47-year-old woman who forced herself into his home.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet that once the Two and a Half Men alum opened the door to the neighbor after hearing a knock, she ripped his shirt and tried choking him.
After the altercation, the woman, who was not named, returned to her own home, where she was later arrested and booked for assault with a deadly weapon and burglary.

“On Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Malibu/Lost Hills deputies responded to the 6000 block of Cavalleri Road in Malibu regarding a battery/disturbance call. Upon contacting the parties involved, deputies identified Charlie Sheen as a victim of assault,” authorities confirmed.
“The suspect, Electra Schrock, was arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Force Likely to Create Great Bodily Injury… and Residential Burglary…”
It is unkown what caused the alleged assult. Sheen dialed 911, before officers from the LASD and paramedics arrived at the scene, but he was not taken to the hospital.
This is not the first time the star has had problems with the woman, insiders added.
Sheen reportedly told cops that the same woman squirted some sticky liquid on his car recently, and dumped trash in front of his door the day before the attack.
The incident comes only days after Sheen revealed that he’s nearly six years sober after quitting alcohol to focus on raising his children.
“Next month I’ll be six years sober,” he told People earlier this month. “I have a very consistent lifestyle now. It’s all about single dad stuff, and raising my 14-year-old twin boys Max and Bob.”
He admitted that he used to “love drinking in the morning” and would oftentimes add “scotch in the coffee.”
Sheen’s daily routine now sees him waking “around 4:30 or 5 a.m.” to “get an early jump on the news, work out, answer emails” and help get his kids ready for the day.
“Then I get the kids up and help them with their morning routine — if you can call it a routine,” the 58-year-old joked.
Sheen shares the twins with ex-wife Brooke Mueller, and is also dad to daughters Sami, 19, and Lola, 18, with ex-wife Denise Richards as well as daughter Cassandra, 38, with high school girlfriend Paula Profit.
Sheen previously slammed his daughter Sami’s decision to join OnlyFans, blaming Richards.
However, it has now been confirmed that he approves of his daughter’s career choice and is impressed with her earnings.
Sami’s mom Denise told Bethenny Frankel’s Just B podcast: “When she first did OnlyFans he was not happy and I think was public about it, which she didn’t appreciate and he’s changed his tune.
“He changed his tune when she bought a Mercedes and moved into a house so maybe he was like, ‘Maybe this ain’t so bad after all!'”
