Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Taijuan Walker blasted the organization after he was not utilized during the playoffs.

Walker spent the last two seasons as a starter for the New York Mets before signing a four-year $72 million deal with Philadelphia this offseason.

During his first season with the Phillies, Walker went 15-6 with a 4.33 ERA before not throwing a single pitch in the postseason.

‘Disrespect is at an all time high #nextyear,’ Walker posted on X.

He also liked some Tweets from fans that agreed with his opinion.

‘The disrespect is from your manager. He had no faith in you, which was a joke and his game decision cost the Phillies this series. REMEMBER THAT!’ read one of the tweets Walker liked.

‘To me, you not pitching in the postseason was the true disrespect. Thank you for supporting your teammates,’ read another one.

As the regular season came to an end, Walker was performing far from his best on the mound.

During the month of September, he posted a 5.91 ERA and also posted his worst walks-per-nine-innings ratio since 2014.

Chances seem high that Walker’s poor performances heading into the post season played a role in his lack of usage during the postseason.
