Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein’s husband Lenny Hochstein is engaged to his girlfriend Katharina Mazepa, despite still being married.
The plastic surgeon, 57, also known as the ‘boob god’ of Miami, was pictured getting down on one knee in a video and a number of snaps shared by Mazepa, 27, on Saturday, just days after Lisa celebrated her 41st birthday.
‘On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever,’ Mazepa wrote of the proposal, which took place in Ibiza, Spain.
The pair were pictured standing on a beachside cliff with a romantic background of the sunset and sail boats in the water.
The proposal comes just a little over a month after RHOM star Lisa was accused of ‘pushing’ and ‘verbally assaulting’ her estranged husband.

After she said yes, Mazepa was pictured jumping into Lenny’s arms as they celebrated their happy news.
Katharina put on a leggy display wearing a white ruffled mini dress and a pair of espadrille wedges. The bride-to-be wore her brunette tresses pinned back and cascading down in curls.
Lenny opted for a more casual look, wearing khaki shorts and sneakers white a white button-up shirt.
Katharina also happily showed off the giant baguette cut sparkler on her finger.
In the first snap Lenny was seen beaming at his new fiancée with his arms wrapped around her. With her hand placed on his chest her stunning ring was visible even from far away.
The next slide showed a video of the special moment, with the pair holding hands at first, before Lenny knelt in front of Katharina and popped the question.
She was seen putting her hands over her mouth in surprise.
After nodding yes, Lenny got back up and slipped the engagement ring on her finger.
Katharina then jumped into his arms before the video zoomed in on the sunset in the background.
Another snap saw the moment Lenny proposed from a a different angle. The last one revealed the diamond rock against the background of the ocean.

Mazepa finalized her divorce from ex-husband Shilo Mazepa this past May.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, the divorce settlement states that Katharina and Shilo – who is a U.S. diplomat – divided their assets and kept everything that’s in their current possession.
And while the model is legally free, her plastic surgeon boyfriend is not.
Lenny is in the midst of a contentious divorce from Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa. The former couple have been battling it out over alimony and child support, as well as they kids daughter Elle, three, and son Logan, seven.
Lisa split with her ex Lenny last year, with the plastic surgeon filing for divorce in May 2022, after more than 12 years of marriage.
Hochstein previously called out Mazepa for ‘lurking’ around her ex for the past few years.
A Real Housewives fan Instagram dubbed @rhom.peacock reposted Lenny’s December 2021 holiday photo with Lisa and their two children highlighting that Mazepa liked the photo.
‘It appears that side piece has been lurking for a while… hmmmm… suspicious … #rhom #peacocktv #bravotv #r#realhousewives,’ the caption read.
Hochstein replied from her verified Instagram account, ‘There’s so many more this person has liked for over 2 years on both of our accounts. She was also following until a few months ago.’
Mazeppa revealed to Page Six that she followed Hochstein because they were both in the, ‘same social circle.’

‘I don’t think liking a picture she was tagged in years ago is all that crazy. Personally I don’t remember liking or commenting on her page,’ Mazepa said.
Lisa previously alleged her Lenny cheated on her with Mazepa, a claim he denied.
In May, his estranged wife has was accused of pushing and verbally assaulting Lenny in an altercation at their home.
Lenny claims the Bravo star went on a violent tirade against him on May 10 after he entered the bedroom they used to share in their $10million Star Island mansion.
Lisa allegedly ran out of her combined bathroom and closet after Lenny entered the bedroom to pick up his mail where she usually leaves it, according to new documents filed by Lenny and seen by Page Six.
After running out of the bathroom, Lisa ‘surprised [Lenny] by engaging in a verbal tirade demanding to know why he had entered the master bedroom,’ per the legal filing.
Lenny stated that he retreated after Lisa began pushing him, but that the reality star ‘continued to pursue and follow him while yelling at him.’
He claims Lisa could have closed the bedroom door after he left the room but instead chose to escalate the situation by calling 911 and portraying him as the ‘aggressor.’
Officers with the Miami Beach Police Department answered the call but decided there was not enough probable cause to make a domestic violence arrest.
Responding to the new allegations, Lisa told Page Six ‘there is a long history of me having to call the police because of Lenny’s behavior.’

She claims Lenny entered the bedroom without her consent while she was not fully dressed and refused to leave, calling her names and taunting her in front of the children.
Lenny has requested an emergency motion to be granted temporary full custody of the former couples two children.
Lenny has also claimed Lisa is ‘bleeding him dry financially’ amid their contentious divorce.
He said Lisa ‘has embarked on a course of conduct aimed at bleeding out’ [Lenny] from a financial standpoint’ and has ‘charged in excess of $10,000 to [Lenny’s account].’
Lenny also claims in the documents that Lisa ‘shockingly’ spent $4000 in the course of a ‘week and a half’, says her spending ‘constitutes marital waste’ and requests for the court to sanction her for her ‘cash grab.’
In a separate filing, Lisa alleged Lenny ‘turned off’ her access to grocery outlets Instacart, Uber and Uber Eats, which she says is in violation of a previous order.
She also alleged that Lenny has made her feel ‘threatened’ by making ‘unannounced visits’ to their former marital home – and claimed he once showed up with his mother and called her a ‘felon’ and ‘verbally berated her’ in front of their children.
She further claimed Lenny told her she ‘would soon be going to jail’ and their kids ‘would soon be having a better mother.’

Lisa is now fighting for exclusive use of their Miami home, in spite of a prenup which states she must move out.
The pair are warring over their prenup, with Lisa wanting the agreement overturned while Lenny wants it kept in place.
Lenny – who wed Lisa in October 2009 and filed to divorce last May – began dating the Austrian model Mazepa in the wake of the parting.
Late last year, he claimed in court docs that Lisa was out of control with her spending, running up a $9,000 tab for designer clothes in a single week.
On the Real Housewives of Miami fifth season reunion that aired in March, Lisa conceded that her spending habits were a factor in her split from Lenny.
While Lenny has moved on with Katharina, Lisa has been linked to Introhive founder Jody Glidden, 37, with the two pictured together on a number of outings in the past few months.
