The former Hollyoaks star prepares to give birth four years after her horrifying C-section to baby Mia, three.
She replied to a fan’s question on her story regarding whether she would opt for a natural birth.

However, Gemma added that if she had to undergo an emergency C-section she was ready for it having done it before.
“I’m just going to know that on the day when it happens, I’m happy to do, surrender and do whatever is safest and healthiest for the little fella in me.”
She ended the video with a cryptic post that “something is coming”.
The actress hugged a pink top to herself as she revealed she had entered the house to escape the heat.
Gemma continued with the jokes, sharing a hilarious video of her lounging in a paddling pool and eating biscuits.
Titled “Mat leave be like”, the former Emmerdale actress relaxed with her sunglasses on as her baby bump was on full show.
Husband and Strictly star Gorka Márquez, 32, also posted a photo of the family enjoying the sun and water.
Earlier in the month, the Spanish dancer shocked fans when they read his post believing that the couple had already expanded the family.
Editing a post from “became” to “become” Gorka reassured fans that Gemma hadn’t given birth in secret.
The actress is 36 weeks pregnant and shared that she had completed her last growth scan at the hospital.
Gemma later added that she had her last show on Steph’s Packed Lunch before her son’s birth.
She posted a photo of herself stretching and an adorable video of Mia watching her mum on television.
The TV star captioned the video: “Last show on @packedlunchc4 before little man arrives!
“Thought it apt to share today’s pic (I brought a lovely white top for the show but got my foundation all over it so scruffy black tee shirt it was).”
She jokingly added: “Looking forward to watching on the couch for the next few months likely covered in sick & poo and I’ll be back after Mat leave.”(sic)
