Selena Gomez clarified that she is not in a relationship amid persistent rumors that she is dating The Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart.
In a since-deleted Instagram post of a cloudy sky, which showed the face of an unidentified man looking down standing in front of a tall hill, the 30-year-old singer made it clear she is not dating anyone.
‘I like being alone too much,’ Gomez wrote over the scenic snap, adding, ‘#iamsingle.’

Her post comes after Us Weekly reported that she and the Closer crooner, 33, weren’t ‘trying to hide their romance by sneaking around at members only clubs.’
The alleged couple’s romance was described as ‘very casual and low-key.’
A source claimed their dates consisted of going ‘bowling and to the movies.’

Taggart split from 24-year-old EDM artist Eve Jobs who is Steve Jobs’ youngest daughter.
They started dating in the summer but split last month, it was claimed.
Before Eve, he dated Meredith Mickelson and Haley Rowe as well as Chantel Jeffries.

Speaking to host Alex Cooper, the pair said they had threesomes with fans on more than one occasion with Drew saying: ‘Does it count if it’s international?’

Meanwhile, in December Entertainment Tonight claimed Gomez was open to dating.
The pop star – who has previously dated Nick Jonas, Justin Bieber and The Weeknd – was looking for love, it was shared: ‘Selena is feeling positive and optimistic. She is open to dating,’ a source told the site.
In July the same site claimed she was not dating anyone but wanted to.
‘She is more open to love, but she is also very much focused on herself and her work right now,’ the source said. ‘She’s in a very healthy place. She is feeling fantastic and very mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.’
The comments come shortly after the Love You To Lose Me songstress alleged that breaking up from Justin – who she dated on and off from 2011 until they split for good in early 2018 – was the ‘best thing’ that ever happened to her.
