Police are still on the hunt for the would-be rapist and have released video and surveillance images of the man they’re looking for

The victim suffered neck and facial injuries. She originally declined any medical attention but at a later time went to a local hospital for treatment.
Police are still on the hunt for the would-be rapist and have released video and surveillance images of the man they’re looking for.
They describe him as around 30 years old and about 5’8′ with a dark complexion, black dreadlocks, a thin mustache and a goatee.
He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat with a rose on the front, a black t-shirt, black shorts and black sneakers.
