Rob Kardashian claims his ex Blac Chyna is trying to back out of a deal to end her revenge porn lawsuit against him

  • Kardashian, 35, said in court docs that Blac Chyna agreed to drop a lawsuit
  • The model, 34, was suing him for posting revenge porn
  • But Kardashian says she reneged on a deal to end her suit and wants a trial
  • He says she agreed to drop it after he got her removed from another lawsuit
  • Chyna’s lawyer claimed he violated the law by speaking about their settlement

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are again feuding over legal matters after he claimed that she backpedaled on a promise to drop a lawsuit against him for revenge porn, TMZ reported on Monday.

The 35-year-old former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star claimed in documents filed in court the same day that Chyna, 34, had agreed to drop the suit in exchange for his help getting her dropped as a defendant in another lawsuit.

But the model’s lawyer claimed later in the day that Kardashian had violated California state law by ‘revealing alleged details of ongoing settlement discussions.’

In his filing, Kardashian claims that Chyna had agreed to drop her suit in exchange for him getting her dropped as a defendant in a lawsuit filed against both of them by her former friend Pilot Jones.

Jones alleged in his suit that they had publicly outed him as gay, which put his safety at risk.

Kardashian says in the filing that he agreed to get Chyna removed from the suit at not cost to her, as long as she agreed to drop her revenge porn lawsuit against him.

He says he agreed in May to the deal, suggesting that it was floated by Chyna.

Despite the agreement, the ex reality star claims that Chyna is threatening to push for a trial in her suit.

Kardashian is asking a judge to enforce the deal struck between himself and his ex by forcing her to drop her lawsuit against him.

But in a statement to TMZ, Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani claimed that Rob had broken the law by discussing his discussions with her client.

‘Under California law, settlement discussions are confidential. Rob Kardashian has violated California law by revealing alleged details of ongoing settlement discussions,’ she alleged.

‘Chyna is permitted under California law to disclose that settlement discussions regarding her revenge porn case against her ex-fiancé are ongoing. When and if a confidential settlement is reached on this case, Chyna will alert the court first and then the media.’

The lawyer also referenced Chyna’s failed attempt to sue the Kardashian–Jenner family in a $108 million defamation lawsuit, which she lost.

Kim Kardashian, her mother Kris Jenner and sisters Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner all testified in response to Chyna’s claims that they had falsely accused her of attack Rob in order to get their reality series Rob & Chyna canceled.

The jury determined that the Kardashian–Jenners were wrong to claim she had abused her then-partner, but they also determined that those claims didn’t affect the fate of the show.

‘Regarding the earlier trial in April 2022, a Los Angeles jury soundly rejected Rob’s testimony that Chyna had physically abused him,’ Ciani added. ‘The jury found that Chyna, in fact, had not physically abused Rob.’

Kardashian and Chyna, who first sparked dating rumors in early 2016, share their five-year-old daughter Dream Kardashian.

Chyna received a restraining order against her ex in 2017 after he allegedly posted nude images of her online.

At the time, Ciani had accused him of violating California’s revenge porn law.
