Betty White’s longtime Los Angeles home has been put on the market for an impressive $10.575 million, the Los Angeles Times reported on Tuesday.
White formerly shared the house, located in LA’s tony Brentwood neighborhood, with her late husband Allen Ludden, who died in 1981.
There’s likely to be a great deal of interest in the property, as the actress’ home farther north in Carmel, California, recently sold for nearly $3 million more than its original list price.

‘Betty White was a California girl through and through,’ her estate said in a statement to the Wall Street Journal. ‘Despite living in New York when she and Allen Ludden were first married, she longed to be “back home” in Los Angeles where she grew up.’
White most recently lived in the 3,029 square-foot home as she isolated throughout the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, until her death on New Year’s Eve 2021 at age 99.
Her death came just two weeks before she would have celebrated her 100th birthday.
She had reportedly hoped to spend her last days at her gorgeous coastal Carmel home, but her condition and safety concerns amid the pandemic forced her to remain at the LA home until the end.
Although Betty and her husband bought the house in 1968, it was built in 1952, according to the outlet.

The actress’ estate is likely marketing the home as a teardown because the in-demand nature of property in that section of Los Angeles nearly guarantees a high final sale.
In addition to the main house, which includes a three-car garage, there’s also a detached guest house.
The separate building was reportedly a popular spot for White and Ludden to play charades with their famous friends, including Burt Reynolds, Jimmy Stewart and his wife Gloria and Dinah Shore.
