A breathtaking three-acre Malibu beach house once owned by Cindy Crawford has been listed for a whopping $99.5million by hedge-fund manager Adam Weiss and his Yellowstone actress wife Barret Swatek.

Weiss, 54, and Swatek, 45, bought it in 2018 for $45million from Crawford and husband Rande Gerber, and have completed major renovations to the lavish home.
As for amenities, the beach-side mansion boasts a wraparound deck, a gym, a tennis court, a pool deck, a spa area, a cabana, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Weiss said what caught his eye about the property in 2018 was how close to the ocean and nature it felt.
He is selling the property after buying a $45million home in Maui, Hawaii, where the couple plans to reside in the following years. Once his twin daughters graduate high school, he plans to make the move, Weiss said.

Weiss was one of the founders of Scout Capital Management, which shut down in 2014, though he still invests family funds.
Swatek is famous for her acting on the Paramount Network drama series Yellowstone. She has also starred on the MTV comedy series Awkward and ABC’s sitcom American Housewife.
