Just days ago, Amanda reacted to the news that her friend Simon Cowell is now engaged to his longtime partner Lauren Silverman.
Taking to her Heart FM radio show, the star revealed that the Britain’s Got Talent boss had sent her a text message earlier this week, to share the news with friends, which read: “It’s happening”.
Commenting on the news, she said: “Simon said he would never get married, and obviously Lauren has been by his side and you know they’ve been through so much together, and I think she’s the one.
“But I don’t know if she ever thought he would put a ring on it!”
